Pasta is a common source of carbs and if consumed properly can help optimize your energy levels. However, it’s important to know how to prepare pasta to maximize its benefits to you. Diabetes bars just in case

If you are always on the run or have a busy schedule you should be extra focused on not missing a meal. Just in case, try to have a handful of bars in your bag or desk drawer so you’ll also have a good alternative when you’re caught with visitors or cannot split for lunch due to a meeting. This is a fall-back strategy and should not be an approach you rely on every day, so don’t abuse it.

Cinnamon as sweetener

This aromatic spice can bring out the best of your recipes without high sugar levels. Cinnamon goes great with chicken and meat and highlights the natural sweetness of tomatoes in a marinade. It’s fine to sprinkle cinnamon on your oatmeal or yogurt. Use it in baking. Go ahead and enjoy it if you like its taste.
